This will be a quick update.
I am finally home from three weeks of holiday travel on the mainland. It's great to be home, but the house was a bit of a mess (4 cats and 1 dog left to their own devices can do that), so the first day home was all about cleaning up. Now I'm focused and ready to finish this revision.
...And I'm almost at THE END! I turned in Act 2 and am developing the final chapters of the manuscript. It's a new ending, so I still have a good deal of work to do, but I'm looking at it one piece at a time. Whether that's one word, sentence, paragraph, page, scene or chapter, I just have to chip away slowly.
Can't wait to be done! By this time next week I truly hope to have a new manuscript ready to share with Kathleen -- and then with a little polishing with the world.
